Key Responsibilities:
- Surgical Preparation: Ensure operating rooms are sterile and properly equipped.
- Assisting in Surgery: Assist surgeons by passing instruments, maintaining sterile fields, and handling surgical materials.
- Patient Care: Support the patient pre and post-surgery, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Equipment Management: Clean and sterilize equipment and instruments.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of procedures and supplies used during surgery.
Qualifications:
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required.
- Previous experience in surgical settings preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a sterile environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
