Job Description
Registered Nurse – Inpatient Psych
Location: Holyoke, MA
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (8-hour shifts, every other weekend)
One year of adult/adolescent inpatient psych experience
Willing to float and take charge (no multiplier for charge)
Active RN license in MA; BSN preferred
CPR certification required
Crisis intervention and de-escalation experience preferred
Provide direct and indirect patient care in a safe, therapeutic environment
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans
Maintain professional boundaries while building therapeutic relationships
